Ang akala ko kahit paano after the Erap Trial may maaachieve na tayong matinong performance na pamahalaan pero para na namang sirang plaka na paulit ulit paulit ulit paulit ulit na nagkakaroon nang mga katiwalian na nauuwi sa personalan at masahol pa daig pa sa isang walang kamatayan at di matapos tapos na soap opera mula sa drama rama hanggang primetime bida.

Nalinis nga ang pangalan ni Gloria pero di pa rin tapos ang tirada nang nagsasabong na kongreso, para saan pa't iniluklok natin sila kung ang hobby lang nila ay ibandera ang mga barong nila sa kongreso at ang walang kamatayan pagpapasikat kung sino ang magandang magbigkas nag "Mr Speaker" at ang karera na ako ang dapat maupo sa speakership, ako dapat ang deputy speaker, ako dapat ang floor leader, ako, ako ako puro na lang kayo di kayo ang nagluklok sa sarili ninyo sa mga puwesto na yan sinasayang ninyo ang pera at buwis nang mga taong tapat pinaglilingkuran ninyo at hindi ang walang pakundangang gera dito gero doon dyan sa kongreso, para saan pa ang pinag aralan nyo at pinangako ninyong maglilingkod kung sa una pa lang ang iniisip nyo sa pag gising e ang papasok ninyo paano kayo magiging matunog sa media.

Matapos sa Kongreso, patuloy ang gerahan sa Senado para sa ZTE Broadband, sang ayon ako kay Senadora Miriam Defensor Santiago, sinasayang ninyo ang oras nang senado pati pera nang bayan para lang pag debatihan kung magkano ang kick back ninyo. Dinaig pa nina Neri at Abalos ang batang nag aagawan nang candy kung sino ang talagang may ari nang candy pero this time sino ang totoong kumikick back at sino ang nanunuhol. Kung sumang-ayon ako kay Sen. Defensor, di naman ako sang ayos na ginawa ni Gordon at Allan Cayetano, di ito agawan nang microphone kung sa inyo pa lang nag aaway away na kayo paano pa maaayos ang imbistegasyon kung pati kayo gumagawa nang eksena at pangalawa di rin nararapat sigurong bungkalin pa ang personal na buhay ni Abalos, tama po ba Senador Pimentel ang usapan po sa senado ay hindi tungkol kung may isa pang asawa at anak kung kani kanino, ZTE ang topic at hindi ibang asawa at anak sa labas ayusin muna ang isyu na kung saan makikinabang ang bayan at hindi ang isyu bubusog sa tenga nang mga tsimoso't tsismosa sa daanan.

Ang sa wari ko lang tama na ang mga side issues, haparin nang senado at kongreso ang katiwalian sa gobyerno at ayusin ito at hindi ang pag papasikat lang suot suot ang mga magagarang barong, gayahin nyo si Way Kurat, hindi sya nahiyang magbuhat nang balot box noong eleksyon kesihodang madudumihan at mamantsahan ang barong nya, kahit paano sa maliit niyang ginawa pinakita niya sa bayan na may pagkukumbaba siya. At kung hindi man si PGMA at FG ang ulo nang katiwaliang nagaganap sa ZTE marahil dapat rin lang kumilos rin siya na kastiguhin ang mga nasa kabinete niyang nagtatago sa kanyang saya na animo'y mga maaamong tupa na ginagamit ang kapangyarihan nang pangulo para sa sariling kapakanan.

Law Suit for God?

LINCOLN, Neb. - The defendant in a state senator's lawsuit is accused of causing untold death and horror and threatening to cause more still. He can be sued in Douglas County, the legislator claims, because He's everywhere.

State Sen. Ernie Chambers sued God last week. Angered by another lawsuit he considers frivolous, Chambers says he's trying to make the point that anybody can file a lawsuit against anybody.

Chambers says in his lawsuit that God has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents, inspired fear and caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants."

The Omaha senator, who skips morning prayers during the legislative session and often criticizes Christians, also says God has caused "fearsome floods ... horrendous hurricanes, terrifying tornadoes."

He's seeking a permanent injunction against the Almighty.

Chambers said the lawsuit was triggered by a federal suit filed against a judge who recently barred words such as "rape" and "victim" from a sexual assault trial.

The accuser in the criminal case, Tory Bowen, sued Lancaster District Judge Jeffre Cheuvront, claiming that he violated her free speech rights.

Chambers said Bowen's lawsuit is inappropriate because the Nebraska Supreme Court has already considered the case and federal courts follow the decisions of state supreme courts on state matters.

"This lawsuit having been filed and being of such questionable merit creates a circumstance where my lawsuit is appropriately filed," Chambers said. "People might call it frivolous but if they read it they'll see there are very serious issues I have raised."

U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf, in an order last week, expressed doubts about whether Bowen's lawsuit "has any legal basis whatsoever" and said sanctions may be imposed against Bowen and her attorneys if they fail to show cause for the lawsuit.

The Associated Press usually does not identify accusers in sex-assault cases, but Bowen has allowed her name to be used publicly because of the issue over the judge's language restrictions.

Cheuvront declared a mistrial in the sexual assault trial in July, saying pretrial publicity made it impossible to gather enough impartial jurors.

- I don't get idea why there are people blaming God with their problems and even filling cases against God. God gave us freewill that He let us do what we wanted given that there are certain laws both man made and His commandments. If there were things happen to our lives we should not blame God but ourselves because it was us who made things wrong.

3. Sasakit ang ulo ko at mag stress eating na naman ako dahil ang food ang comfort zone para sa akin yan ang kakampi ko tanong mo pa sa mga ka-launch group ko kaya di ako pumayat payat dahil sa pagkabwisit ko sa mga taong ganyan sira na nga araw mo mag gagain ka pa nang wait Lord i need power to vanquish this kind of people!

Di ko ba alam kung bakit masaya sila sa mga pang iirita, kahiligan nilang pagshow off at higit sa lahat ang magpakitang gilas, isa lang ang hiling ko kung indi bagay sa kanila wag nang umasta dahil nakakasira lang sila nang araw nang kapwa nila.

Akala ko si Gloria ang nagsasalita at hindi si Hillary Clinton. Pakiramdam ko nagpakulay siya nang buhok at nagpa-bleach nang kaunti para pumuti and medyo nagdagdag nang height. Kidding aside, maaari siyang maging unang babaeng presidente nang US pero di natin maikakaila may mga ilang puntos na nakadikit sa pangalan nya na di rin natin maikakaila na nangyayari dito sa bansa.

Una, ang kanyang asawang naging sentro nang usap usapan na noong nakaupo pa ito sa posisyon na nakaakibat ang issue nang morality, at ang issue na totoo ba silang naghiwalay after nilang magkalaboan, same question nang mga unang taon ni Gloria sa posisyon totoo bang hiwalay na sila si Mike Arroyo? Pagkatabos sumambulat ang issue na ito madali ring naglaho kagaya nang kung paano nagkibit balikat na rin ang mga tao sa US sa issue ni Bill Clinton sa pleasure business niya with Monica Lewinsky who became an instant star sa US. Ang sa wari ko lamang maging bukas ang mga pananaw natin sa mga nangyayari sa ating paligid bukod sa kung ano ang ikinasasaya sa ating paningin at pandinig, kung anuman ang paniniwala at relihiyon natin. Kung sa US ay abala na sila sa 2008 sana maging handa tayo sa malayo pang tatahaking 2010, di po ako tatakbo o namumulitika, ako lamang ay nagpapaalala.
