Trillianes and Gen. Lim walks out in Magdalo Hearing!
"Trillanes, Lim call for Arroyo ouster
A senator facing coup charges called for President Arroyo's removal Thursday after walking out of a coup d'etat hearing at the Makati City Hall.
Sen. Antonio Trillanes and Army Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim marched out of a Makati courtroom and joined civilians and uniformed military personnel armed with M-16 and M-14 rifles. The soldiers, some of whom were carrying Magdalo flags, marched along Makati Avenue towards the Ninoy Aquino Monument at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Ayala Avenue.
"This is a withdrawal of support. We are joining our people in calling for the removal of the President," Lim announced over radio dzMM.
He added that they made the call because the President continues to violate the Constitution with impunity by plundering the treasury.
Trillanes also called on the people to join them in Makati. "Magsama-sama tayo. Nanawagan po kami sa taongbayan na naniniwala sa pagbabago. Join us po," he said.
Former vice president Teofisto Guingona, who was marching with the rebel soldiers, said the move is part of various groups' call for the rejection of Mrs. Arroyo's "morally bankrupt" administration.
Reports said a group of farmers have already joined the march.
Leah Navarro of the Black and White Movement said members of the civil society group will also join Trillanes.
The walkout of Trillanes and Lim occurred several minutes after the start of a court hearing at Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148.
Lim was summoned to attend the hearing as a witness in the coup trial of Trillanes and other junior officers allegedly involved in the botched July 2003 mutiny at the Oakwood Premier (now Ascott Hotel) in Makati City.
The senator's lawyers summoned Lim to testify on the supposed negotiations at the height of the mutiny of the so-called Magdalo group.
Trillanes’s camp said Lim would testify that Mrs. Arroyo supposedly promised to spare all but the core leaders of the junior officers from criminal prosecution.
Lim was a member of the government negotiating panel headed by former Armed Forces chief Roy Cimatu. The stand-off between government troops and the Magdalo group ended peacefully after successful negotiations led to the surrender of the junior officers and soldiers who joined the Oakwood takeover.
Lim, who was the commanding officer of the Army's elite First Scout Ranger Regiment, was later accused of involvement in an aborted power grab in February 2006. He was detained in Camp Capinpin in Tanay, Rizal, along with former Philippine Marines Corps commandant Maj. Gen. Renato Miranda, Col. Ariel Querubin and several Army and Marines officers, pending trial by a court martial.
Trillanes has asked the court to summon Sen. Gregorio Honasan who was initially charged with leading the mutiny in conspiracy with the Magdalo group.
Judge Oscar Pimentel dismissed the charges against Honasan after Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez dropped the senator in the case. "

| The whole nation was shocked with the news of a 12-year old girl who committed suicide. Marianet Amper tragically hanged herself with a thin nylon cord inside their home in Davao on November 2nd. It was later found out that the girl killed herself because of the impoverished state of her family. Marianet left her diary and a letter which she failed to send to a TV show. Her depressing story was then sensationalized by media, drawing various reactions from the local and national government. Malacanang expressed its apology on what happened to Mariannet, while the local officials in Davao blamed one another for their inadequacy in addressing the problem of poverty in the province. But according to Davao Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, no family in his city is in deep hunger. This urged an investigation into what really happened to Marianet. An autopsy conducted after the exhumation of Mariannet's body revealed that there was foul play surrounding her death and that signs of sexual assault were found. May mga ilang sektor ngayon na kailangan makibaka, magsampa ng asunto sa korte laban sa mga commercial milk providers dahil sa mga ilang maling impormasyon daw sa kanilang mga commercials. Ang sa wari ko lang maaari man mali o tama ang parehong grupo sa kanilang impormasyong ibinibigay. Ploning is the story of one woman's promise, her hope and love from the point of view of a young boy.
Present time. Having lived aboard an illegal Taiwanese fishing vessel for as long as he can remember, 30-plus year old Filipino Muo Sei (meaning "Moses", son taken out of the water), grew up to be a man of brokenness, unpredictable temper and solitary loneliness. My Work Station
This is my work station, yes it is my word station, di sya ganun ka organize co'z last wednesday lang dumating yung office cabinet ko ang I'm planning to clean my table my Sunday so wish me luck :)
From betacams, CDs, press releases and mga stuff toys di mawawala yan sa table ko. Bukod sa TV na kung saan nagmomonitor ako ng palabas namin sa abs-cbn, nandyan ang phone namin dito sa office, si pickachu at bellosom sa taas ng monitor ko, pins galing sa Ad Clash 2007 ng Adamson at ang paborito kong C2 lemon.

In a press conferrence early this morning (November 16,2007) at the Bayview Park Hotel in Manila, the two actors announced to the press that they have filed libel suits against entertainment writer/host Lolit Solis and her editor Veronica Samio. Accompanied by their lawyer Atty. Joji Alonzo and manager Mr. Johnny Manahan, Piolo and Sam went to the Manila City Hall at around 8:30am to file their case. Solis has written in her column a few weeks back that she saw the two Star Magic talents in a hotel and insinuated that they were romantically involved. Manila Police District: Manila's Finest?

I'm not a fan of those people in uniform, lalo na sa araw araw na napapanood ko sila sa TV at sa kasamaang palaad hindi pa maganda ang balita. Mula sa kotong cops, mga pulis na kasama pa sa mga sindikato at higit sa lahat police brutality. Sad to say na kung sino pa ang mga taong aasahan mo na magdedepensa sa welfare ng tao sila pa ang nangunguna sa pag gawa ng mali na mas nakakasira pa ng pagtitiwala ng tao sa gobyerno at batas.
Kagabi sa Probe, pinakilala ang Manila's Finest, ang Manila Police District na makainlan lang ay isa sa mga nahuhuli pagdating sa performance nila. At base sa nakaraang imbestigasyon ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) nakita nila ang pagkukulang sa hindi pagpapatupad ng Miranda Rigthts (Doctrine) na kung saan nagsisilbing karapatan ng sinumang taong dadakipin ng pulis. Para sa kaalaman ng lahat ito ang dapat sabihin ng mga pulis:
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you."
Sa kasamaang palad hindi nila ito kabisado kahit nakasulat ito sa kanilang police book at nakapaskil pa sa kanilang opisina pero balewala ito dahil parang bola kung pagpasa pasahan ang mga ebidensya, parang punching bag ang mga inaresto at higit sa lahat dinaig pa ng mga nag iimbestiga ang isang talk show kung magtanong sa mga suspek kahit wala ang mga lawyer nila at mga nangunguna sa mga pagkakamaling ito ay ang mga 15-30 police, ang mga pilis na pumapasok lang sa araw ng sweldo.
Ang sa wari ko lang naman ay hari nawa na maayos ng NCRPO ang mga ganyang suliranin sa pulisya, minsan makakapag isip ka pa ng dalawang beses bago ka lumapit sa pulis, kung sila ba ay panig sa batas o gumagawa ng sarili nilang batas.

Pagpapasabog sa Kamara: Terorista o Pulitika?

My heart bleeds to the victims sa naganap na explosion sa Kamara kahapon, mula sa yumaong kongresista ng Basilan hanggang sa mga miyembro na nasugatan sa naganap na pagsabog. Sa huli tayo ang biktima ng naganap na pangyayaring ito, dahil until now we ask ourselves, who is/are the person(s) behind sa kaguluhan na ito.
Kung hindi ako nagkakamali may apat na bagay na na pede nating isaalang alang bukod sa pagtuturo na terorismo ang naganap kagabi. Una ang impeachment complain na ipinasa nga mga kongresista laban kay PGMA, pangalawa nga umpisa sa napakahabang singilan ng Sandigangbayan kay dating pangulong Erap Estrada, pangatlo ang patuloy na pamamayagpag ng piso sa merkado na kung saan unti unting nilalamon na ang Pinas ng economic tsunami na tanging politikal o isang particular na event ang dapat may magbago sa daloy ng piso laban sa dolyar at ang bisperas ng hearing sa anomalya ng cash gift ng Malacañang. Pulitikal kaya ang dahilan?
Kung terorista man ang dahilan ano ang pangunahing punto ng nagpasabong kung bakit nila ginawa ito? Napakababaw naman isipin na ang dahilan lang ang pananakot, kung may terorismo man ano ang malalim na dahilan? Kung terorismo man, bakit?
Ang sa wari ko lang sang-ayon ako sa mensahe ni PGMA na magtulong tulong at magsama sama pero di maaalis pa rin ang mga kuro kuro at opinyon kung bakit nangyari ito? At sino ang may pakana?

former Senador Rene Saguisag
Surgery is "less likely" to be performed on former senator Rene Saguisag following injuries sustained in the road crash that also killed his wife on Thursday.
"Attorney Saguisag responded favorably to treatment he has been receiving for his injuries and is now more awake," said Dr. Eric Nubla, spokesman of Makati Medical Center.
Nubla added that as of the 3:30 medical bulletin, Philip Calvario, Saguisag's driver, is now in stable condition.
The two, however, are still in the hospital's intensive care unit.
The road crash shortly before 2 a.m. killed Saguisag's wife, Dulce. Her dance instructor, Imelda Ubong sustained minor injuries.
The couple and the other victims were on their way after a night of ballroom dancing when their van was rammed by a dump truck at the corner of Arnaiz Avenue and Osmeña Highway.

Jimmy Kimmel, ABC's 3rd offense
I don't think it's right to dish Filipinos 3rd time in a row in one station. Di yata sumosobra na ang ABC sa pagkakaroon ng mga writers and commentators na walang preno sa mga pasaring nila sa lahi ni Juan dela Cruz, sa akin tanggap ko pa ang Desperate Housewives at The Daily Show dahil both satire comedy ang treatment ng show, pero ang ganitong talk show, I don't think so, wish Oprah was there para gawin niya ang ginawa nya kay Tommy Hilfinger after sya magpakawala ng racist statement. Kund di marunong mga ingles ang mga Pinoy, mas hindi edukado ang ilang mga kanong akala mo kung sino, kaya nga masayang panoorin ang survivor kasi nakikita mo gaano sila katanga pagdating sa basic way of living, paano pa kung mawalan sila ng kuryente at internet baka pagsiwalaan na sila at mabaliw.
